Description
Jesus once met ten people suffering from leprosy. They were all wrapped up and covered in clothes, so noone would see their ruined bodies. These ten people had heard about Jesus and the wonders he did, and how he healed people. They turned to him for help, asking him to heal them from the terrible disease, and he laid his hands on them and they were healed.
Full of joy over the miracle he had just performed on them, they ran away to rejoice with the city's society, who had earlier exspelled them. Only one of them returned to Jesus, and remembered to thank him.
The other nine were of course so happy that they simply forgot to thank him, but this makes me wonder: how often do we thank for the good things in our lives? But in any case, we are never alone, and he is always there to listen if there is something on our mind. I find this a great consolation.
Pencil on paper, Photoshop CS for 'refreshing'.

Thank you, everyone! Yeah Shyam, you can redraw it (if I get to see it first).

I love the theme, and the fact that this is a pencil-drawing. If I should come with any suggestions it would be to play more with dramatic light and shadows to support the mood in the picture. Adding a bakground would make it more "complete", even if it's just shading.
