Description

This is a fanart for the fantasy book series: the Wheel of Time. The books are written by Robert Jordan.

I won't give any info about the character or the story around him. For those who wish to know more: read the book! It is recommended!

The man was described with yellow eyes, which gave him a wolf-like feature. Since I could not show that with a black and white drawing, I made his pupils narrower, his eyes rounder and his nose more like a snout, in order to give him the wolf-like look.

I like the detailing on the face and hair.
The only crit is (his) left eye, seems to to be a bit off.

the wolves in the foreground are awesome.
but something seems wrong with the face of the man, especially the right (his left) eye.

Thanks for your comments guys. Yes, I did notice that the eye was off. But I was afraid of ruining more than I'd help it if I startet whiping with my huge rubber in the small area...

Nice! The wolfs are very well done, and the composition as well. Nice shading!
Perhaps the wolfs are a bit small? Unless they are baby wolfs.

The ear looks a bit too low. Except the fact that one eye looks a little misplaced, they are well shaded.

lol Yeah, I noticed that they were way too small... I guess I was too lazy to fix it. Or maybe I was afraid of ruining it, afraid that I wouldn't be able to draw them the same way after erasing them... *sigh*

Cool pencil work Jane. I like all the details. The wolf guy's facial anatomy seems a bit off and unbalanced but maybe this is how he's supposed to look? He's a very cool looking character regardless.

Beautiful job. If you dont focus, take time to notice the one in the right is a third wolf.
